Roderick Miller

Obituary of Roderick Reese Miller

Roderick “Rod” R. Miller (64) passed away on September 19, 2022 at his home following a 2 year battle with lung cancer. Cremation under the care of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.

Rod was born July 15, 1958 to James and Anita Miller. He was an over the road truck driver for over 25 years. He got to see a lot of the country. When he wasn’t driving he liked to fish, hunt, and go camping whenever he could. Rod was a kind soul with a deep love for his animals.

He is survived by his girlfriend of 17 years Vicki Parrish; his two sisters Macie and MaiLin Miller; and his brother Vincent Miller.

Rod is preceded in death by his parents, and his three brothers, Shawn, Quen, and Phillip Miller.

His upbeat sense of humor and personality will be greatly missed by all.
