Obituary of Kenneth R. Gann

Kenneth R. Gann (Retired MSGT), age 78, of Mountain Home, passed away at home on March 8, 2022. No services will be scheduled. Cremation is under the care of Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel.

Ken was born on October 9, 1943, in Safford, Arizona. He joined the military right out of high school. He served 20 years in the Air Force and was a Viet Nam Veteran.

Ken married the love of his life, Letha on February 9, 1962, they just celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. While stationed in Germany they had 2 daughters, Tammy and Stacey. In 20 years of military life, they lived in many places, then retired in Mountain Home.

Ken was a Trible member of the Choctaw of Nation and loved his heritage. He was an avid outdoorsman, loved hunting, fishing, photographing wildlife. He was famous for his Sunday family drives to sight see nature of any kind. He loved building and making things. He could fix most anything. He loved gardening and growing the most beautiful flowers.

Ken was never without dogs by his side, he passed that love of animals on to his daughters. He loved reading and learning everything he could get his hands on. His intelligence was beyond measure.

Ken is survived by his loving wife, Letha and his daughters Tammy (Karl) Knight and Stacey (James) Knight, 5 Grandchildren, 13 Great-Grandchildren, and 5 Great-Great-Grandchildren.

He was proceeded in death by both parents Paul and Christine Gann, his brother Truman and Grandson Paul Presley. He will live in our hearts forever.
